The Enveomics Collection is a set of scripts and libraries to perform daily tasks in genomics and metagenomics. The collection itself is language-agnostic, but it primarily contains code in Ruby, R, Perl, and Bash. The collection’s documentation is available online, and it includes a Graphical User Interface.
